Tatianna Tye is not just the founder of Harley's Hart Home Health Care — she is the heartbeat of everything we do. With over 11 years of hands-on nursing experience, Tatianna has dedicated her career to the well-being of her patients, always going above and beyond to ensure they feel seen, heard, and cared for.
Throughout her nursing career, Tatianna witnessed a recurring challenge: patients being discharged from hospitals or facilities without adequate support at home. Families were overwhelmed, and patients were left without the consistent, compassionate care they needed to truly thrive. She knew there had to be a better way.
That conviction led her to found Harley's Hart Home Health Care — a MDHHS approved home help agency built on the belief that professional, heartfelt care belongs in the home. Tatianna personally oversees every aspect of care delivery and makes herself available to patients and families 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
